Don’t miss The 2021 Virtual Summit for Workforce
Management in April!
Are you looking for one place to find the latest information on workforce management trends and technologies? Are you trying to determine where you can access the best workforce management education virtually? If so, don’t look any further! Join us starting April 5 for The Virtual Summit for Workforce Management. There will be four 60-minute sessions presented each Monday-Friday workday for the duration of the event. These sessions will be recorded for those that can’t make it to the live delivery, with recordings available throughout the month of April.
You don’t want to miss out on this exciting event – register today for a connection that can access every one of the sessions and/or recordings throughout the month.
There will be over 60 sessions scheduled for this conference, and you will not want to miss hearing industry experts and your peers present great information about industry trends and hot topics of interest to all. Check out the agenda on our website at https://swpp.org/swpp-annual-conference-agenda/.
We will also have opportunities for virtual networking and some of our can’t-miss events from the in-person conference. We will play WFM Jeopardy, and SWPP will announce the 2021 Workforce Management Professional of the Year Award as well.
And don’t miss out on what is new in contact center technology! SWPP is pleased to provide a special Sponsor Showcase during the Conference to provide attendees with information about specific products of interest. You’ll be able to visit online booths for information, giveaways, software demos, etc. The conference sponsors will also be presenting product demos during the event to keep you up-to-date.
Each registrant will receive a welcome box in the mail prior to the conference. This box will contain a mix of reading material, at-home tools, and a wide range of sponsor giveaways much like you would receive at the in-person SWPP Annual Conference.
Registration for the virtual event is open now and you can register online at https://cvent.me/MQxRWK.
Here are the costs for The Virtual Summit for Workforce Management:
- $295 for members
- $395 for non-members
- $590 for a connection with SWPP one-year individual membership
Once the first person has registered for a company, additional connections may be purchased for $95 each.
Note that you are registering for a connection, which can access every one of the sessions and/or recordings throughout the event, and can be used by an individual or a group of your peers gathered around a computer or screen. Should you have multiple people that wish to attend from different places, you can add additional connections as well.

Comments from the 2020 Virtual Summit for Workforce Management
“I loved that even if you couldn’t make the sessions due to other commitments, you could still go back and watch the recordings of the full session afterwards.”
“I liked being able to attend all of the sessions. With the live conference, you can’t do that. I had the sessions up during the day as I worked. It was a really nice change up with all that’s going on the world right now.”
“I liked that it was spread out. It gave time to digest information and I never felt like it was information overload and will not forget to put things into practice. And I liked how many activities there still were!”
“I loved being able to attend the conference while I work my normal responsibilities. I’m not sure if my company would have paid for me to attend in-person, but they were willing to let me do this! It made for a full month, but it was so full of learning! I also loved hearing from all different types of contact centers and the “best practices” people have found. Overall, it was amazing. Well done!!”
“There were so many topics and options to choose from! Not just one point of view – usually multiple presenters for different points of view. And loved that there were lots of participants from diverse industries and various global locations. It was well organized and I felt like every presenter was prepared and truly looked to provide value in their sessions.”
“An in-person conference can be cost and time prohibitive due to travel costs and time. The virtual conference made it accessible for my whole team. It provided flexibility that is not available at an in-person conference. We were able to attend live sessions as our schedules permitted and enjoy the recordings when our schedules conflicted.”
“There was a lot to like—browsing in the sponsor booths, playing WFM Jeopardy, logging in and attending sessions, accessing the recordings of sessions I missed, playing BINGO and the Scavenger Hunt, and chatting with other attendees in the Lounge. Great event!”
