Who should attend the SWPP Annual Conference?

Everyone is invited to attend this conference, and anyone in the contact center workforce planning community can benefit from the informative workshops.

When will the conference be held?

The 2025 SWPP Annual Conference is set for Tuesday-Thursday, April 22-24 at the Omni Nashville Hotel. The Omni Nashville Hotel is located at 250 John Lewis Way (previously called 5th Avenue South) and the hotel phone number is (615) 782-5300.

How much does it cost to attend the 2025 SWPP Annual Conference?

Early Bird Registration before February 1, 2025:
$1,695 for members
$1,945 for non-members
$1,990 for non-members with a one-year membership included

Registration after February 1, 2025:
$1,795 for members
$2,045 for non-members
$2,090 for non-members with a one-year membership included

$150 discount per person for three or more attendees from one company

What is the dress code for the SWPP Annual Conference?

Dress for the conference is business casual, and dress for our evening event is casual.

What are my transportation options to the Omni Hotel?

If you are flying in to the Nashville Airport, the hotel does not provide shuttle service, but there is a downtown shuttle available from the airport that is approximately $25 per person roundtrip. There is a flat rate of $30 to the downtown area in a taxi, plus an additional passenger charge of $2 when the accompanying passenger and the original passenger are proceeding to same destination.

If you are driving to Nashville, valet parking at the Omni is available for $60 plus tax overnight with in/out privileges, while daily parking is available for $32 (0-10 hours). Self-parking is available at the Music City Center garage adjacent to the hotel for approximately $35 plus tax per day with in/out privileges. The garage entrance is on 6th Avenue between Korean Veterans Boulevard and Demonbreun. Inform the Omni Front Desk upon check-in for further instruction.

What is check in and check out time at the Omni Hotel?

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A 2 PM late check-out may be available for $100; after 4 PM, the full nightly rate applies. Guests will be subject to an early departure fee of one night’s room + tax if they shorten their stay.
