What is a virtual conference?
A virtual conference is hosted entirely over the Internet. It allows attendees to access live presentations from their computers, phones, or tablets. Attendees for our virtual conference will participate in sessions through WebEx, a web seminar platform. You will be able to participate in conference presentations with questions and comments in real time. The sessions will also be recorded so that they may be accessed later as well. A Sponsor Showcase will be on a separate website.
Who should attend The Virtual Summit for Workforce Management?
Everyone is invited to attend this conference, and anyone in the workforce planning community can benefit from the informative workshops.
What are the technical requirements needed to participate?

There is also a WebEx app available for your phone or tablet as well. The Sponsor Showcase and registration for specific web seminars will be on a separate website.
What happens once I register for a connection to the virtual conference?
Once you register, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to connect to the conference through the virtual conference website.

All session materials will be posted on the agenda on the virtual conference website prior to the session. All conference sessions will be recorded and posted on the agenda on the virtual conference website within 24 hours of the live session, so you can view all virtual conference sessions at your convenience.
