Bilingual Consultant – Cape Coral, FL – Insite Managed Solutions

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill our consultant position.  Our consultants provide custom engagements using process and data analysis to help clients drive performance and efficiency. Engagements can include evaluation, staff augmentation, training, and additional services relating to human operations.

Role Responsibilities

• Process analysis
• Data analysis
• Performance root cause identification
• Create customized, engaging, and insightful content for clients
• Implement initiatives
• Communicate with client executives
• Ability to use data to tell a story
• Collaborate with other consultants to provide the best client outcomes
• Complete deliverables on-time and communicate results to client

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Process Outsourcing or contact center experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills (experience using pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Extensive PowerPoint experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred

Travel: 80% of the time
