Penn Medicine Access Center

This is a tremendous opportunity to take on a rewarding leadership role in the Penn Medicine Access Center. The PMAC is a collaborative consisting of multiple call centers within the region’s finest health system. The Access Center provides a full range of services including inbound/outbound call handling, scheduling, registration, pre-processing appointments, referral management, and EPIC messaging.

If you have significant experience in a call center environment – particularly in the healthcare industry – and are ready to meet the challenges of a rapidly expanding center, we want to talk to you.

Penn Medicine Access Center

Your successful management/leadership background could be perfect for one of these important roles:

Director, Workforce Planning and Development
Your 10+ years call center background must include at least 5 years of progressive management experience in Call/Call Center management within a healthcare setting with emphasis on Patient access.

Director of Operations – Access Center
Strong operational leadership experience must be included in your 10+ years of call center background.

Sr. Learning & Quality Specialist
You will need 2 years as Training Facilitator, Designer, Developer, Quality Analyst, or related function within a hospital/healthcare environment (preferably inbound)in a hospital/healthcare.

Learning & Quality Specialist
2 years by experience or education in sensibilities related to learner analysis; course structure, content treatment, organization, sequencing, and outlining; and objective writing OR experience in a quality capacity, including calibration exercises, coaching, and feedback; must exhibit patience, empathy, and other rapport building skills.

Workforce Analyst
You will need a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience as a Workforce Analyst in a large (100+ seat) contact center environment or equivalent.
