Whether it’s a regularly occurring billing cycle or a marketing plan that generates a different pattern of calls, it’s important to know how to adjust your monthly and weekly forecasts to incorporate a cyclical event. In this workshop, you will learn the steps of doing an impact analysis and a common technique called regression analysis. This technique helps identify the length of the cycle as well as the day-of-week and date-of-month impacts. The session will also address how to use correlation coefficients to do pattern forecasting.
