If I was registered for the March conference, what do I need to do?
If you are still registered for the conference, we have automatically transferred your registration to the dates of August 19-21 to help make this a seamless transition for you. In the next week, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration along with updated event and hotel information and cancellation terms.
If you cannot make the August dates, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund with no cancellation fees until June 1, 2020, or roll your registration over to 2021.
If I cancelled my registration to the March conference but can now attend in August, what do I need to do?
If you cancelled your registration and want to attend in August, please contact Vicki Herrell at vicki.herrell@swpp.org or 615-352-4292. We will manually re-register you. If you did not receive a refund, you will have no additional charges.
Does my hotel reservation transfer to the new dates?
No. The hotel has cancelled all reservations for the March dates, and we have a new link to register for August: https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/nashville/meetings/2020-swpp-conference-08182020. The conference rate remains the same at $273 per night, and the block will be available until Friday, July 17, 2020.
What if I was booked at another hotel?
You should contact any other hotel and cancel your reservations.
Will the March conference agenda will remain in place?
We are hoping that all the speakers who were slated to present in March will be available in August, but are working on confirming that right now.
What if I have interest in presenting for the rescheduled conference? Are there still available slots?
After we confirm whether the speakers are available for August, we will know whether there are available slots for August. If you are interested in presenting and were not on the March agenda, please send an e-mail to Vicki Herrell to let her know at vicki.herrell@swpp.org.
Do you expect the conference dates for 2021 to change?
No. The 2021 SWPP Annual Conference will still held on April 26-28, 2021.
