Instructional Designer, Call Center – Pasadena, Job #394586

Under the direction of the Director of Learning and Development, you will develop training curriculum, courseware and tools for instructor-led workshops. You will develop web-based training for end-users and on-line resources and develop train-the-trainer materials, reference guides, reference cards and job aids. You will also identify and implement improvements in training curriculum and courseware using standard testing methods, needs analysis, and methods of redesigning training programs. You will maintain training materials and provide training as needed to end-users, Learning and Development staff, HR partners and other stakeholders. In addition, you will demonstrate competence in designing and presenting training courses.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, business, communication or related field liberal arts field required. At least five years of experience in managing the development of learning projects, including instructional design, course development, project management, and in using computer based tools in the development and delivery of learning and knowledge management projects.
