Role Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement a structured prospecting strategy and process across all channels
  • Efficiently generate highly qualified leads
  • Manage a “nurture funnel” using company-provided tools
  • Achieve performance metrics and goals set by management
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, (Hubspot) ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
  • Build prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales and marketing funnels
  • Analyze prospecting pipeline reports and dashboard to understand current activity and identify methods to further improve
  • Measure and track your daily lead generation activity against weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Design and manage demand generating campaigns including determining strategy, target audience, key messaging, timing, and channel


  • Experience in sales, business, and/or marketing
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Track record of high achievement
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency within a CRM (Hubspot preferred but not required)
  • Self-motivated, high energy, competitive spirit, and strong time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation are critical to success
  • In-depth knowledge and/or experience leading B2B demand/lead generation and direct response campaign strategy and execution; including email and direct mail marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic, tactical and analytical responsibilities
