While creating your budget for the next fiscal year, be sure to include funds for training from the vendors of all the technologies monitored by your WFM team. Too often the people that attended the original training with your software vendor are no longer around. All of your replacements have been trained by the ones that left and they were never exposed to the full capabilities of your tools.
So in thinking about that at budget time, consider budgeting for the WFM Team to receive training on the tools you have and purchase refresher training from your vendor. It makes sense to allocate time and money for retraining and refreshing on the use of your technologies from your vendors at least every two years.
