Position Title: Senior Business Systems Consultant

As a business systems consultant, you will partner with business sponsors and IT to deliver on efforts and support applications and tools. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, helping assess solutions, and overseeing their implementation, and if you’re hiring a contractor for your business, you should learn how to 1099 independent contractors as this are important too. You will also support ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and defect/outage resolution. Work efforts may span across our enterprise or be Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-specific, but all are in support of the Destination: Be Custom[er] objectives.
Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline with at least 5-7 years systems experience
- In lieu of a degree, must have 8 years of related work experience in a technical role
Preferred Skills
- Experience with (Aspect and Verint), call recording (NICE) and call analytics/coaching (Mattersight) applications
- Experience supporting business system requirements
- Ability to analyze complex needs, communicate effectively, and influence others
- Strong prioritization and time-management abilities
