Overview:

Senior Manager Position responsible for developing and driving a strategy that supports brand leadership vision, blue chips and key initiatives resulting in accelerating the business growth .

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading complex cross-functional implementation projects that require multiple system integration points
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the field teams
  • Act as a liaison to the field teams by collaborating, recommending, and driving efficiencies.
  • Maintain operational effectiveness by enhancing tools and processes
  • Identify opportunity and implement change that will enable us to streamline, simplify and create efficiencies at all levels of management
  • Leads a team that brings the strategy to life including testing, implementation, system administration administering
  • Focus on behaviors, tools and processes that drive continuous improvement and increase top- line sales growth.
  • Develop innovative ways to increase efficiencies and maximize labor in the field
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to include, Store Support, Store Finance, and Mast Global Technologies (MGT)
  • Communicate project status to Senior Leadership
  • Focus on behaviors, tools and processes that drive continuous improvement and increase top- line sales growth.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance in stores as it pertains to all federal, state and local ordinances. Ensure that polices are executed through simple, consistent, technology-enabled processes and sustained through shared accountability.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop top talent that will support team development and succession planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years management experience in retail operations
  • Ability to lead complex projects and technology implementations
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management Web-based scheduling tools and labor forecasting methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels inside and outside the organization
  • Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity
  • Ability to lead and drive projects to completion through cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Some travel required – approx. 30% (may increase at holiday)
