DUTIES:                 Support the Customer Care Division and other areas by analyzing, monitoring, and forecasting customer contact workload for workforce projections and scheduling; prepare and defend scorecard data, workforce projections and scheduling for daily and peak periods in contact centers; assist in writing areas/departments’ processes and/or procedures; procedures for systems enhancements; resolve system problems; and assist area management on employees’ workload.

Associate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Technology or related field with 4 years experience in monitoring, evaluating and upgrading computer technology. Must have demonstrated knowledge of and application of computer hardware and software such as word, spreadsheets, presentation, etc. Must have a basic knowledge of Customer Care operations. Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Works in office the majority of time. Subject to travel to other work locations for analyses.

Candidates accepting Employment with MLGW must live and maintain their residence within the boundaries of Shelby county, tennessee within six months of their employment date.
