 What will you do?

  • Forecast call volumes using historical data and situational factors
  • Recommend and create employee schedules based on call forecasts
  • Partner with leadership to identify, recommend, and implement optimal staffing solutions
  • Complete scheduling adjustments and ensure scheduling accuracy
  • Monitor daily volume and coordinate any necessary staffing adjustments with leadership
  • Review PTO requests and system integrations for alignment with business needs
  • Analyze forecasts and liaise with vendors for call overflow support
  • Produce and distribute reporting per business needs
  • Interact and work with employees at all levels in the organization including business units and executive management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Manage bi-annual shift bid
  • Maintain, administer, and troubleshoot Workforce Management system

 

What are we looking for? ​

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent Workforce Management experience is preferred
  • Prior experience with a call center, Business Development Center and forecasting is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex business situations.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Possesses initiative, customer focus, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform accurately under time constraints with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely to business leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of statistics
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Proven track record of adhering to established deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and forecasting skills
  • Must be able to think and act independently and influence others in order to drive compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication (oral and written) skills
