Telenor Denmark invests in technology from Teleopti for both their contact center and retail stores

Teleopti AB, a global leader in workforce management (WFM) software, announced today that Telenor Denmark, a leading provider of mobile and fixed telephone and broadband services to the Danish market, will invest in WFM technology from Teleopti for their contact center and retail stores.

Telenor Denmark has more than 1250 employees working in their contact center and more than 75 retail stores. Such a complex environment required a very flexible product and a vendor that could adapt to Telenor’s unique requirements.  For instance, Telenor needed a solution where the employees could access their schedules from a smartphone and integrations with a large number of IT systems. After a thorough procurement process, with many strong WFM providers, Telenor finally choose Teleopti.
