  • Audits a portion of reviewed, returned, and uploaded medical documentation.
  • Assists QA Manager with quality focused training and coaching (in conjunction with department managers) and tracks and reports QA metrics.
  • Assists QA Manager with developing and implementing internal communication promoting the importance of QA in every role and to develop “buy-in” and active participation companywide.
  • Audits recorded phone calls and performs direct observation audits of customer service levels delivered by the call center teams.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and contributes to solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
  •  Assumes “ownership of problems” and address them willingly, taking a positive approach. Demonstrates initiative and reflects an outward attitude of readiness to do whatever is necessary to accomplish organizational objectives.
